  i started taking them to improve egg quality and lining (i don't have any issues other than i o later in cycle (cd18-20) and my FSH is 5 or 6) after reading the infertility cure.

  i don't know if taking them has impoved anything but my ovaries are pretty good for a 34 year old

  i'm of the mindset if it can't hurt i'll try it.

  It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

  I saw your update, your ovaries a cooking up. Things are looking good!

  I'm still at Columbia but if this next one fails I'd like to try for a second opinion. I don't think anything is really wrong with my treatment, and I like my RE a lot, but it can't hurt. We'll see what the new year brings, maybe the health insurance fairy will show up.
  

  It seems as though the RJ/Pollen combo may be the one to take, or are you taking just RJ? What amount? Have you looked into melatonin? My acu mentioned it, and it looks promising. Again, can't hurt, and maybe good for your sleeps.
  

  I'm rambling, sorry. I'm so tired by Friday night. Trying to come up with a good excuse for taking random days off in December (to cycle) right before the holidays. I'm hoping others at the office are going to try to sneak off to go shopping and I'll just blend in.
