Have any of you done it? Opinions? I just started it last week. I'm 10lbs above my pre-preg weight, but I had gained quite a bit even prior to pregnancy and have a lot to lose.

did it for my wedding - i really liked the way it built up and didn't require you to be in shape before you get in shape...now you're making me think about wanting to do it again
