Tip of M's penis is bleeding.. help!

The tip has been looking sore for a couple weeks now. I stripped the diapers thinking that was the problem because he's been getting rashes too. The rashes went away. So maybe it's from rubbing? How do I help the poor boy? He is sitting in the tub right now till I find a solution. (I'm on my laptop next to him.. no worries).

    Like leaving a little blood spot in the diaper or oozing/bleeding actively?

    If it's just a bit, I'd do as much nekkid time as possible, put on some neosporin or triple antibiotic and then top off with diaper rash creme, use fleece liners on any non-stay-dry diaper or anything slightly rough and change very often.  

    oozing, like it looks infected, I'd call the doctor.

    No, it's not oozing. It's just really really red and a little blood. I'll put some cream and neosporin on him when he gets out of the tub.

    DS had something weird going on like this a while back. I put neosporin on it and it healed up. If his penis is bright red and only a tiny bit of blood I'd just put some neosporin on it and keep him naked. If it doesn't look any better tomorrow or Sunday I'd go into the doctor.
