Target strikes again

All of my items on my registry are showing up as unavailable and my shower is Sunday. So I called and spoke with 6 different people in India, no one would transfer me to the research department and I was on hold for 45 minutes!! And the last guy hung up on me. I HATE TARGET.

    Ahhh that is sooo frustrating!  Why are all baby registry places so awful?

    that is so weird i never had a problem with target (other than their lack of in store selection) is it too late to close the registry and just use BRU? most people dont go buy the present till the day before anyway, good luck!

    Yeah, I was looking at a registry for a shower I'm going to next month and it's all wonked up.  Very frustrating.  Not a single item shows up properly.

    I noticed this earlier today too!  For me it's happened at least a dozen times and this time it just really pissed me off!!!  SOOOO... I called the registry customer service # and after being transferred 3 times got a manager (who spoke English) and told her that since my last shower was this weekend I was just over it.  I told her that I had come to expect this kind of service from Target and that I just wanted them to know how much of a hassle it has been for my family and friends and that I would NEVER recommend anyone register at Target for any reason!!  She apologized a lot and said they would send me a coupon.  HA!!  I told her that was fine but that with stores in my area like the BRU (where people are very nice) and the new BBB they might want to step it up a little.  Made me feel a TON better after I hung up.

    i feel your pain too- Target is very annoying.  Not to mention that the cashiers have no clue how to actually remove something from a registry when it is being purchased!!

    Thier website sucks. I have had 2 or 3 people say when they try to access it online it only shows 1 or 2 things. Thankfully I don't have any family far away who plan to order off of it. Hopefully when it prints out in store its not messed up.
