Hopefully seeing DS in a week!

Since it sounds like SO & DS will still be in California over Thanksgiving  SO's aunt has agreed to fly me out there & just deduct the cost from what she's paying SO to remodel her home.  She used to work for the airlines & gets deals on standby tickets so I'm not sure exactly when I'll be flying out but it could be as early as next Friday.

I can't wait to see DS!!!  I miss him so much.  These last 2 weeks have been miserable without him.

    I hate to be nosy, but how come you have to be away from him for so long?? I feel so bad for you!!  I am sometimes miserable just being away from DD at work :-(

    SO's family asked him to go to California for 2-3 weeks to work on his aunt's house.  They're paying him & we need the money.  He's been a SAHD so we don't have daycare.  As hard as it is, it was easier for SO to take DS with him & have his aunt watch him while he's working than it would have been to try to find someone to watch DS for that long.  The project was initally expected to be done before Thanksgiving, but as usual with remodeling projects, things have come up that pushed the time-frame back about a week.
