photoshop???

So i downloaded a free trial of photoshop so i could convert Emmie's invites into a highresolution image....Holy crap that program is intimidating!!

Can you import shapes & different images to be able to create layered items like a birthday banner and such?  (hope that makes sense)

I want to make this shape or a topnote shape...any suggestions? Thanks

    I love these questions on the bump since I used photoshop for work all the time. :) Yes, you can import different images and shapes from other programs or artwork into photoshop. Or just create them from photoshop itself with the pen tool. You can use the pen tool to 'trace' over the shape you want. If you have any other questions, let me know. I can even do this and send you the file if you need.
