Waiting for the credit union to open...

I got a call last night that there were fradulent charges on our checking account. Apparently someone charged nearly $300 in less than 4 minutes, so our CU called us right away. Thankfully they were able to turn off our debit cards and stop the charges, but that means I have no access to our money right now. Luckily our CU can print new cards right on site! The bad part is that it's 20 minutes away in the opposite direction from my work, so I'll be a little bit late today.

I'm just glad they acted so fast! I love my credit union Smile

    Awesome that they can print cards on site.  When I had a fraudulent charge I had to wait almost a week to get a new card!

    That sucks! We had about 4k taken out of our acct in september when we were out of town. The credit union was great about it, but it was a huge PITA and took time to get it taken care of.
