Kid Digital Camera Rec?

Does anyone have a rec for a kids digital camera? I'm thinking J might like one for Christmas (he's obsessed with our camera). 

I've seen VTech KidiZoom & the Fisher Price Kid-Tough.

Thoughts/experiences?

    I got my BFF's 4 year old this Crayola one from Target when they had a new baby. He seemed to pretty much instantly be able to use it, and my friend says he loves it. It didn't come with a memory card though, so it only held like 3 pictures without one. Just an FYI to avoid Christmas morning disappointment!!!

    Just picked one up at Costco last week. Has a memory card and editing software I think. Wasn't too expensive either.
