well I was SUPPOSED to get my stroller today...

I just checked UPS and got this message:

MERCHANDISE IS MISSING. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH ADDITIONAL DETAILS. / ALL MERCHANDISE MISSING, EMPTY CARTON WAS DISCARDED. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE

  WTF? I read tons of reviews on the site before ordering from them, but of course there is no phone number to call and only an email. I better hear back from them soon!
