I wouldn't mention anything in a phone interview. If you make it to the next round, and go in for an in-person interview, it'll be fairly obvious. At that point, they *shouldn't* address it, since it wouldn't really be legal, but you can make a point of discussing your plans for before/after LO's arrival - when would you want to start working, when would you start your leave, how long would you take off (understanding that FMLA won't protect you since you haven't been working there for a year). If nothing else, that would help alleviate any concerns they have, especially if you only plan to be out 4-6 weeks.
