Fertility Monitor Question

Does anyone here use a fertility monitor? I don't ovulate on a regular pattern and I need to get one so I can track my ovulation. Any suggestions on where to get one or what type to get?

I have the ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor (CBEFM). It was kind of $$, but I really like it - it takes the guess work out of things for me. I bought mine almost 2 years ago, but I don't remember where I bought it from.

I bought the CBEFM and only got to use it for 1 cycle bc then I began the injected cycle and didnt need it. But I did love it the month I used it! Very easy to use, just stay consistend in the time window to test.

CBEFM for me too! I used mine after TTC for 2.5 years and then got pregnant on my second cycle with my DS. We then started using it again after we lost him and have been using it since. It is $$$ but cheaper than a lot of other infertility treatments and a lot easier than BBT monitoring etc., that's for sure! You can find it on Amazon, ebay and lots of other places. If you are on a serious budget you can buy one used and its easy to clear all the previous data to start it fresh for tracking. Oh, and the pee sticks get capped before you put them anywhere so there shouldn't be any pee anywhere on the little machine. Of course, I would take a Lysol wipe to it just to be sure

Oh, and you generally need 10 sticks per cycle but if you have long cycles you may need 20.

I also use the CBEFM, it is pricey but I got mine on Ebay. The only problem I have with it is it doesn't ask you to POAS after CD19 (which is when I usually O). It is very easy to use, you can get the test sticks cheap on Amazon or Ebay.

That's odd...when I'm not on Clomid I almost always O after CD 21 and my monitor still asks me for sticks then. I wonder if when you set yours for the first time if you Od early and so it figured you would again?

I dunno, my O has been the same since I started using it. I wonder if maybe I have an older version? Very strange!
