who sucks at peeing in a cup?

I used to be so good at this... I swear! But now that I can't see what's going on down there, I end up peeing all over my hand more often than not

Anyone else?

LMAO... I had DH laughing b/c the last time I had to pee in a cup I walked out of the room with a funny look on my face, and he asked what was wrong. I started laughing and told him I just peed all over my hand b/c I couldn't see the cup

I do! At my last appointment I grabbed the cup and rushed into the bathroom (really had to go, I mean I hadn't gone in like 35 minutes.. hehe). Totally went and FORGOT to fill the cup. Totally blew it! Told the nurse and she just chuckled and said it happens all the time. No worries, was able to fill it before I left.. lol..

Yep, I also have a problem with the hold my lady bits apart at the same time of trying to hit the cup. Aiming plus not being able to see the cup is becoming more and more of a problem. Maybe they should give us funnels instead of teeny tiny cups.

Since LO is constantly pressing on my bladder, there's never much down there, so I am terrified that I am going to miss the cup completely with what little pee I have to offer.

This is my Number One (no pun intended!) paranoia lately! I pee constantly, but never all that much, and i'm worried that I'll miss the cup entirely with my meager supply.

Hasn't happened yet, but I guess it's nbd if it does, since I can always pee again before I leave the office.

LOL. I was thinking about this yesterday while I was trying to pee in a cup at my doctor's office. I had to take a minute to strategize and even then it wasn't pretty. Smile

SO glad I am not the only one! I bet I am the only one who has successfully peed on their hand, then knocked the cup with the bathroom door on the way out and spilled the entire cup down my pants! Yeah-there was no way I could hide that one. The girls at the office were sympathetic and said not to worry about it-that they'd clean it up. I could not leave my pee on the floor for someone else to mop up so I huffed my big belly down there and mopped it up with paper towels. Luckliy-I have to pee every 10 minutes it feels like, so I was able to give them a re-do before I left! DH got a kick out of the fact that while I peed my pants...I didn't technically pee my pants!

Wait..what?? I don't understand this...

The doctor's office requires clean catch every time, so I have to hold my bits apart while I use three different wipes front to back before peeing in the cup. I've learned to pre-open the wipes, but it's definitely still tricky. Add in the tiny cup and it's quite an ordeal.

This is the same thing I do, too.

And I always feel bad that it's such a small amount that actually gets in there!

Filling the cup isn't the issue. Making sure I actually catch it in the cup is. I used to be REALLY good at it but now, not so much.

I have the same problem too! And my dr's office has the strangest toilet paper - it is these little sheets that look more like tissues and they are about useless for wiping up after.

I'm ok if I drink a lot of water before going so I can have a steady stream instead of the trickle that seems to come out most of the time. I can't wait until I can pee normally again and empty my bladder in one sitting!

Today after my ultrasound I was allowed to pee, and had to go SO BAD. I rushed to the bathroom, sat down and completely emptied my bladder when I looked up and saw the empty cup sitting in front of me.

Woops. I managed to get a tiny bit out and told then I could pee more at the end of the appointment if they needed - they just laughed and said it was fine. I'm sure it happens quite a bit!
