Runny noses

How do you get LO to sit still for you to wipe their nose?  Leighton's nose is so runny for the last 2 days, it's all chapped and everything but she screams and cries and smacks at my hand when I try to wipe it.  And forget about trying to suction some out!!  Any suggestions??

    grin & bare it...is all I do!  I'm sorry!  Maybe ask your pedi if you can give her banadryl for her runny nose.  I know my pedi suggested it for Emmie's nose!

    GL to ya!  Maybe try a wet wipe or warm wash cloth!

    I tried a wet wipe AND a warm cloth this morning...she was soo mad at me!! LOL..

    I am thinking about taking her in the morning to the walk in to make sure she doesn't have an ear infection..maybe I can ask the pedi then.  Thanks Misty!!

    I have to sneak attack Burke to wipe his nose!  Big Smile  I have to catch him off gaurd and do it very quickly...it p!sses him off but he gets over it quickly.
