Trying to Get Pregnant

A reason it's ok for AF to arrive this month (a positive side)

Well ladies?I wanted to share some insight to everyone who may be bummed that AF has showed up recently (myself included). I know we try to put a positive spin on it every month why it?s ok to not be pregnant. The reason this month?I can drink wine at thanksgiving dinner. That?s a nice thought. So that is what is getting me through the arrival of AF yesterday. Onto cycle 3 with some wine and turkey! hehe

  • agreed! I was also thinking I wont have to chance being sick on the long ride to get to the turkey and wine!

  • This is true. Plus, turkey and stuffing could suddenly become disgusting if you were KU.
  • Yes, and I won't have to explain why I'm not drinking wine at Thanksgiving, or at any of my upcoming holiday/social events.

  • I have been telling myself the same thing!  I'm hosting my parents, sister and in-laws, so I'm doing all the cooking (and with all of them in town, most certainly could use a glass or two of wine!).  What a waste it would be if I ended up feeling too sick to enjoy all that hard work.

  • Yep, we're driving to my IL's for Thanksgiving and it's a 10-hour drive...it would've sucked to be sick on the drive.

Also, my best friend's birthday party is tomorrow, so CD1 = me drinking. Drinks
