My doctor told me that I can begin taking prenatal vitimans. However, she didn't really have a specific recommendation for my sensitive stomach. Can anyone recommend a good one, before I invest? The iron in regular multi-vitimans give me aweful stomach pains, unless I take low-iron vitimans. Is there such a thing as a low/no iron or sensitive prenatal???

Me too. The first brand the doctor prescribed literally made me vomit so I switched to Rainbow Light Vitamins and have had no issues (and they're all natural which I liked too)

No advice as far as the vitamin issue (sorry,) but on the iron front, i have a friend who swore by floradix for an iron supplement when she was pregnant. Apparently it was easier to absorb, non-constipating, and easier on her stomach than the regular iron supplements. I think you are fine not having the extra iron while still TTC, but perhaps info to file away for future reference...
Antagonist IVF 7 retrieved, 4 fert w/ICSI&AH, 2 blasts transferred. Beta #1 9/20: 367 Beta #2 9/22: 841
I take Vitaphil w/no problems. Regular one a day vitamins usually make me vomit within minutes. The Dr. prescribed these & they haven't upset my stomach at all.
Good luck finding one that works for you.
