Gift for a 3YO Boy?
My youngest nephew is turning 3 tomorrow 
I can't believe time has gone this fast! Anyway, I need suggestions of what to give him. His parents are giving him a bike for his birthday and a drum set for Christmas. I'd like to keep it around or under $50.
I want it to be something "cool" from Unca Matt and Aunt Mizzy since we always spoil him with obnoxiously loud/fun/annoying/messy presents that make his parents roll their eyes, lol (we've given our other nephews age appropriate skateboards, volcano making kits, drums, BB guns, slingshots, pocket knives, etc.)! Although, I don't want it to be too obnoxious since SIL & BIL can now pay us back with horrible toys for Madeline and I'm already going to get enough payback from the other SIL & BIL.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

My nephew is turning 4 this weekend and really wants a Buzz Lightyear. We bought this one for him, and I know he is going to love it!

Hm, what about something he could make? Or stuff he could 'build/fix' with.
One of my nephews is four , but he's very into mechanical things. I got him Handy Manny talking tools last Christmas. They were SO cute!
