I know this might be controversial, but, can you make indian head gear?
The ring of paper around the head for Lil Miss to color as she chooses, then attach feathers to the back?
ETA: Pilgrim hats too. Brim of a hat in brown construction paper, round cylinder in the same paper to fit her head, decorated with black paper "belt" and yellow paper "belt buckle". Again, colored to her preference?

Make a cornucopia out of a paper plate, have her color the plate, and pictures of things to fill the cornucopia with....or get creative and make things to fill the cornucopia with. (Leaves, fruit, flowers, etc....)
ACK!!! I'm loving the paper plate turkeys!!! I just got a whole stack of paper plates for crafting. We made masks for halloween. She is still running around pretending to be a monkey-- apparently the mask makes climbing okay lol
I bought Lil Miss two books for Thanksgiving - one is about the Pilgrims and Indians/ Native Americans, so dress up is a possibility. Thanks Katy!!
