Does anyone have anything to share? I believe at least one bumpie is due to have her baby either today or tomorrow. Good luck Slyvill (sorry if I messed your name up!).
I'm feeling baby move more and more. At this stage, DH can hear LO's heartbeat when he puts his ear up to my abdomen. He thinks it's so cool and I think it's cool that he can experience the pregnancy/baby in a way that I can't. It makes me a little jealous, but I figure that I can feel movement, so I guess it's fair. My 5th and (hopefully final) ultrasound is Monday, Nov. 15th.
Ava has been talking more and more. She is also starting to say please and thank you at the right times. She also likes to name the people in our family, she will go right down the list.
My son got his first report card yesterday and made the Principal's List--we are really happy about that!
DD has been fighting a cold since last Wednesday and it took a major turn for the worse on Monday. She now has pink eye in both eyes and double ear infections. She's on oral antibiotics, eye drops and ear drops.
I have to say she is dealing with all the drops really well. I thought she would freak out about the eye drops, but they didn't seem to bother her. Thank goodness for small victories!

Aww Maria I'm sorry to hear this. Poor Evie. I hope she starts to feel better soon.

A good trick for that is an empty toilet paper/paper towel roll if he ever has trouble hearing it.
Francesca Pearl is here! Josephine Hope is almost 3!
Nothing big....we were home sick yesterday but he is back in daycare today and doing much better.
He is starting to do some seriously funny stuff that I suppose just comes with toddlerhood. For instance, when he hears a song he likes he starts dancing and puts one finger up in the air (think Travolta in Staying Alive). No idea where he got that from.
My update: We have a crawler! He has been on the move for a few weeks - with a combination of rolling, sitting up on his own, pulling up on things and scooting backwards to get where he wanted to go, but he is officially crawling forwards, normally now. Hold me.
We are both fighting a cold right now, but I think the worst is over.
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!

It's FREE and EASY!

OMG we are in the exact same boat. John was diagnosed with an ear infection 2 saturdays ago and we gave him amoxocilin (sp?). We got a call yestereday from DC that it looked like he might have pink eye, which had been going around. DH took him to the peds and he has pink eye in both eyes and apparently the antibiotic didn't get rid of the initial ear infection and it turned into a double ear infection. He was really only a little fussy over the last few days and we figured it was just because he was still fussy. Poor babies!
not much else new though. He continues to cruise around furniture, faster and faster and has stood up with no assistance a few times for a few seconds.

LOL!! Where do they get this stuff from? Ava does this thing with her shoulders when she dances.
Nothing too exciting here - just a lot of new defiant toddler behavior. New phrase is "Not Nice Mommy/Daddy/Kitty/Tree/Door, etc" some of its justified protesting something, but other is just totally random. Oh, and sometimes there's a finger shake too - good times! She kicked me out of the bedroom last night so Daddy could read her stories and put her to bed - literally, the second he walked in the door to bring me her comb, she never looked at me again and wouldn't kiss me goodnight. I was a little hurt, but whatever, I figure its a phase and maybe Daddy will become Mr. Goodnight for awhile and Mommy can enjoy some wine!!
Annabelle is really "this" close to walking. She is becoming more confident. Although poor thing took a nose dive into the coffee table and OMG I felt awful. She screamed for a good 10 minutes. Has a nice big goose egg on her head. Ugh. My heart breaks you know. She really talkative these days too.

ugh, that sucks about her hitting the coffee table but OMG it happens so much when they start walking its unavoidable!! we had so many faceplants in our household. Its very exciting she is almost walking!
My baby is one today! I can't believe how quickly time has passed. I'm really emotional today.
This week has been crazy with both of us having a stomach bug the past 2 days, and now I feel really behind on everything. None of DD's bday presents have been wrapped and we don't even have a card for her. Oh well, I guess we'll just give her most of her presents at her party on Friday.
Dylan goes to an eye specialist tomorrow I'm hoping for good news! There's nothing wrong that we know. Since DH & his fam all have bad eye sight & (so far) I'm the only one on my side without glasses, his pedi wanted a specialist to take a better look & make sure things are good with his eyes.
Other than that, he's discovering/doing new things! Yesterday, he decided he wants to pull himself up & try to stand! My MIL was loading her dishwasher, he scooted in the kitchen, grabbed onto the dishwasher & pull up to stand! Poor kid had on socks so his lil feet kept slipping & my FIL couldn't get a picture in time, lol! We got a few pics of him doing it at home with his diaper caddy though!
Emily's new "chore" is to feed the cat. She's been doing it every morning and now, I tell her to give the cat some food because it keeps her busy while I get breakfast ready. It takes a painfully long time though because she can only scoop 3-4 pieces of cat food into the scoop. But with that little amount, it stays in the scoop and not on the floor. The cat has a new appreciation of E these days.
She is, today, spending her first day with MIL. MIL got in late last night and is staying for 3 weeks. DH sent me a text and said MIL had a steep learning curve. I'm not too worried though because DH works from home, so he has been there all day. And I'm sure E is pushing limits with her - and poor MIL has been travelling for 24+ hours to get here, so she's tired.
We will survive - right?!?!?!?

I didn't even wrap Annabelle's gifts. Is that bad?
Amelia has been army crawling like crazy...over the past week and a half. Thank goodness we got the gates and such up weeks ago. She's a fast little girl!
We had our 10 week u/s today (pic in siggie). Can't wait until our NT scan in 2.5 weeks- after that we are officially going to tell everyone! (only immediate family knows now).

SylWill actually had her baby Sunday morning, Oliver is currently in the NICU for a lung issue but last update was that he should be home very soon.
I'm only 6 days away from Josie's arrival, of course now all contractions have stopped! I'll be sure to update you guys when she gets here.
Francesca Pearl is here! Josephine Hope is almost 3!

Oh wow. Congratulations on the birth of Oliver. I hope he has a short NICU stay. Sending lots of prayers.

Yeah, welcome Oliver, happy b-day Nora!
Nothing new on my end, Saturday will be the beginning of 3rd trimester though.
Had my glucose test yesterday and I go for another U/S next week. I will officially get to SEE the boy parts, as long as he is cooperating.
