thanks BBHME for the post and to all of you for your positive thoughts.

I went in to the doctor.  I'm not dilated and not leaking fluid.  He thought that the sweet smell was from ketones in my urine.  My ketones went from +1 to +3 in a week, I also lost a lb.  The contractions have picked up(could be contributed to the dehydration)so he said to take the terb around the clock if I need to.  They upped my dosage of the zofran and the phenerghan and I was told I need to drink "gallons" of water.  If it isn't better at my appt next week I go directly to the hossy and will be admitted.

But, good news, no dilation, no leaking water and no bulging water bag. 

DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.
