I'm starting to plan our student employee Holiday party. We are getting a spiral ham from Honey Baked Ham and two sides from them as well. I'm planning on getting rolls from a local bakery and we are doing a cake for dessert because we have quite a few seniors graduating in December (I know cake doesn't really go with the meal or the time of the year but it is partly a celebration of our graduating seniors as well).
Side options are:
garlic mashed potatoes
potatoes au gratin
sweet potato souffle
broccoli rice casserole
cinnamon apples
green bean casserole
mac and cheese
cornbread dressing
Which two do think would be most popular for a group of ~50 college kids?
TIA
TI, IUIs, IVF = c/ps and BFNs
Re: NIFR: Help me decide on a menu
mac and cheese

1 lap, 5 IUIs = 4 BFNs and 1 c/p
