DH and I are actively ttc #1, this is our first official month of charting. Prior to our wedding in July i was a workout junkie, running, kickboxing, zumba etc. Since the wedding, I?ve been doing a little bit too much relaxing and haven't worked out to that extent since. I want to start back up the c25k program to train my body for running. I'm wondering your thoughts on how this will affect ttc? It is a gradual program, so i'm hoping that it's not too much. Please let me know your thoughts. TIA!

Totally, totally fine. I'd recommend getting Excercising Through Your Pregnancy to learn more about running before, during, and after your pregnancy.

I ran the Seattle Marathon the day before we conceived DS
I think we owe everything to running and TTC. If I didn't do the marathon, I wouldn't have o'ed early and DS wouldn't be here today
