Advice needed.. TTC/C25K?

DH and I are actively ttc #1, this is our first official month of charting.  Prior to our wedding in July i was a workout junkie, running, kickboxing, zumba etc.  Since the wedding, I?ve been doing a little bit too much relaxing and haven't worked out to that extent since.  I want to start back up the c25k program to train my body for running.  I'm wondering your thoughts on how this will affect ttc?  It is a gradual program, so i'm hoping that it's not too much.  Please let me know your thoughts.  TIA!

  • Totally, totally fine.  I'd recommend getting Excercising Through Your Pregnancy to learn more about running before, during, and after your pregnancy.

  • I ran the Seattle Marathon the day before we conceived DS

    I think we owe everything to running and TTC.  If I didn't do the marathon, I wouldn't have o'ed early and DS wouldn't be here today  :)
