What is your preschooler's biggest gift(s) going to be this Christmas?
Last year we gave DD a play kitchen, so that was definitely the biggest (price and size too). I'm not sure about this year though. We were going to get her a nice leapster or something like it, but DH got an iPad through work and the preschool apps he put on it are awesome, so we can't see getting the leapster type item. We have a lot of smaller stuff though.
Re: What is the BIG gift this Christmas?
Playmobil hospital
This will be the first year that her big gift isn't huge size-wise (she already has a kitchen, playhouse, easel, wagon). So now we're down to smaller but more expensive items.

I love these two beautiful children!
DD is getting a doll care center
DS is getting a guitar, and a train table that my dad made for my cousins years ago that is now being passed down (though that is costing us nothing)
DS: Little People airport
For both, though DD will get more use out of it for now, an art easel.

donno, last year she got a kitchen from my parents and a playhouse (tent type) from us...
next year the girls will get a refurbished doll house that my dad built me and my sisters. The thing is huge and sturdy but he um, lacked in the interior decorating department. It is just a plywood box. I'm so excited to do it! I was going to do it this year, but i don't think dd1 is really ready for it, and i want it to be for both girls.
that leaves me with few ideas
I'm not sure this year. I was debating getting them a band set (some drums and/or guitar and/or toy piano).
ds is getting stinky the garbage truck and a scooter.
dd is getting the go go walking pup and the makeup doll head
DD is getting a doll house(Fisher Price Loving Family).
I wanted to get DS the Leapster but DH isn't sold on the idea...thinks he is too young for it so we will see.
His big gift from us is a Leapster Explorer.
His gift from my mom and grandmother is a Wii. Well, okay, this is really for all three of us! lol.
Call us crazy, but DD is getting a iPad from the entire family. I'm sure we'll use it on occasion too, but it will be hers (I'm jealous). We looked at some of the electronics actually geared towards toddlers and kids but felt they were too limited for her- either too old or having to spend $$ on licensed games, etc.
We just have to make sure we get a good case for it!
Doll House
(seems like a popular gift this year)

We are building him a train/activity table. I got the plans from Knock Off Wood.
But my dad's gift is going to blow ours out of the water....DS loves tractors so he's getting him a John Deere battery powered one. I asked him to wait until his birthday in March so he could use it outside then but I have a feeling dad isn't going to listen to me.
