Hey Everyone,
I am trying to make a cookie brownie mix (from a box) and it calls for butter, but I don't have enough in house (don't ever have enough margarine). Can I substitute it with oil?
TIA

Re: NBR: Making brownies/cookies using oil instead of butter
Yeah, it should be fine.
Also, if you are ever looking for another brownie recipe, google "black bean brownies." Sounds gross, by my grandmother made them and they were soooo good, and good for you!
