If you already have the photo online (ie: facebook) then

1. Right click on the photo

2. At the bottom click on properties

3. Highlight the address(URL), then right click to "copy"

4. Open a post and click on the tree icon

5. "paste" the html into the first box.

It will put the pic in the same size that it was originally, which of course is WAY too big for most posts. You can adjust the size by changing the heighth/width in the boxes below. I usually reduce the numbers by 50% if the pic comes from FB.

After you copy the HTML into the pic icon (the tree) it has 2 sections below. One says height and one says width. Reduce both numbers by aprox 50%.
