We'll be down there this weekend to celebrate C's birthday. We're driving down on Friday and home on Sunday. We'll be staying in Marina (about 10 minutes from Monterey) and we're taking him to the aquarium on Saturday. Our hotel has complementary continental breakfasts so we mainly just need a couple of recs for dinner. Chains are perfectly fine with us. TIA!

Chinese: Full moon on Pacific
Japanese: Crystal Fish on Light house
BarBQ- Henry's on lighthouse
Fish taco's - Turtle bay
Clam chowder: The Grotto on the Warf
What kind of food do you all like??
My husband and I will eat pretty much anything. The kiddo is the picky one and will usually only eat chicken strips/nuggets or cheese pizza when we go out to eat. Sometimes a bite or two of our food but that doesn't happen very often.

In that case:
Black bear diner on Fremont
Denny's: There in one in marina and in Monterey
CPK on Munrus
Henry's barbq on lighthouse
There is an awsome pizza place on lighthouse but I forgot the name.
oooo There is a really cute coffee shop like resterant in the Monterey Plaza hotel. The seating over looks the water, the prices are reasonable, it's down the street from the aquariam and the valet parking is free for 3 hours with lunch. I think it is called the Duck Club. I am pretty sure they have ckicken tenders and pizza on the menu. I love that place!
One of my favorite places to eat! : )
Sooooo exciting!! Can't wait to hear!! I hope you are doing well!!
