**vibes needed** putting offer on house

We've been house hunting (actually John) for a few months.  We've seen about a dozen houses but this weekend, we saw the house that's perfect for us.  It has everything we've been looking for an it's in move-in condition, I even like the paint colors.   Big Smile

We're putting an offer today, please send me some vibes, I hope they take it, it would be right on our budget   Tongue Tied
