Child Care Services?

I am looking for full time daycare for my newborn. I have to go back to work and I hate it. I had an in-home daycare provider lined up and I do not feel good about it so I'm now researching other options. Has anyone tried a nanny share? This seems kind of ideal . . . baby gets good one-on-one attention, but it's a little more affordable.

 Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks.

I do not know anything about it, but I would love to find out more about it if people respond!

I have heard about nannyshare, but do not know anyone who has actually used it.  I usually refer people to care.com and Craigslist.  I am more comfortable with care.com, but that is because registered users have to have background checks done and references.

I know someone who shares a nanny with her neighbor and she loves it.  It is super convenient and they really like the person they hired to do it.  The trick is finding someone who lives near you and figuring out whose house the children go to on which days.
