? about discharge

in 2nd Trimester

I know it's normal to have more discharge during pregnancy but I've noticed that lately mine has been clear, watery and a little sticky.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I worry about leaking amniotic fluid but I'm not sure how to tell the difference.  There's not really any smell.  Thanks!

    Yeah, I'm not sure how to tell amniotic fluid from just discharge.  I think I'll ask at next appt---but I'm getting exactly what you are saying--and what scares me is it's when I do something that puts pressure down below.   Panty liners will be your friend.  I never had it this much with my first--this time is far worse.

    im not really sure which is no help to you,sorry but i have loads of the gooey stuff and my reasoning is..is that if its sticky its discharge and i would think amniotic fluid would leak a bit more than discharge and would feel more like you peed yourself a little rather than just feeling sticky or sweaty 0_0

    have a look online or ask your doc....sorry im not much more help but panty liners are great...ive ruined a couple pairs of underwear early on when i didnt know that i would get this symptom being pregnant! i thought something was wrong down there lol!

    I think that it could be leukorrhea, which is very common in pregnancy.  Google it. I had the same concern before.
