Massage = awesome

Pregnant ladies - i got a special massage today where they drain the fluids from the lymph nodes that causes swelling, my feet and hands finally stopped hurting, i feel like a whole new person.  The therapist was very gentle and it was so relaxing.

I wish i thought of getting one earlier when the swelling just started a month ago.  They also do prenatal massages and regular stuff.  In case this helps someone:

    Glad you are feeling good =)  My friend does massage and once my OB approves I get a weekly prenatal massage from her ....so looking forward to that....... relaxing =)

    wow... wish I knew about this kinda massage when I was pregnant... I took on water like a sinking ship! lol...   Glad you're feeling better though.. I definately sympathize.
