Need baby gift ideas.....

My having her friend back home is due with her first in early Jan. needless to say with this being the first grand-baby the family has bought her a lot of the fun stuff.  My question is what can a few long time friends go in together and get for a mommy that already has everything?  I considered a really nice baby bag, but I just don't know.

    A gift certificate for the spa.  Seriously, get her something for herself.  She has enough babyshit.  Just make sure the Certificate doesn't expire for a year.  That way she can go when she feels ready to leave the baby and doesn't feel pressured to go when she isn't ready to leave the baby yet.

    I love my diaper bag (it's coach), because I see myself using it after babies as a tote or carryon. 

    does she have a nice umbrella stroller or convertible  car seat? these are all things that I am having to buy now, because I didn't even think about asking for.

    I love Ashleys idea. The trouble with a diaper bag is that it is very personal IMO (taste wise). If you know she loves something like Coach, though, go for it.
