-Started freezer meals (24 quarts of chicken soup made and frozen!)
-Got ingredients to make 12 quarts of tomato sauce this week, also for freezing
-Picked up the last few baby clothes items I needed (socks and such)
-Washed, folded, and put away 6 loads of baby laundry
-Started hospital bag
-Am just shy of finishing knitting LO's blanket for the car seat, which I will probably finish up tonight
NBR
-Cleaned my fish tank
-Grocery shopped
-Filled up both cars with gas
Plans for this week:
-Finish getting baby items on Thursday, since my work shower is tomorrow
-Install second base for car seat
-Wash anything we get at this shower plus sheets and such we still need to buy
-Make tomato sauce
-Use said tomato sauce for making frozen lasagnas

OMG, your list exhausts me!
I made 6 meals worth of squash soup this morning and roasted 3 pumpkins (I'll turn the pulp into breads tomorrow, I think). . . but I didn't get the carseat base in and I'll be honest: I probably won't.
Not for a few days anyway. I can barely move today. I don't know what my problem is.
