Although I'm a junk food addict, I need to cut back on gluten for the benefit of my Epilepsy. This is an XP so skip it if you already responded. Thanks!!
There are a couple GF pastas that I really love! One is By DeBoles, and it's made with a blend of quinoa, rice, and amaranth. We get it from Whole Foods.
There is also a great Vegan GF cookbook if you like to bake that has recipes for cookies, muffins, brownies, cakes, etc. It's called Babycakes, named after the bakery in NYC & LA that serve their treats. I've baked the double-chocolate cookies out of this book, and I wish I could just live off them because they are sooooooo AMAZING.
I'm not a mac-and-cheese fan but I really like Annies rice pasta and cheese. It is in a lighter royal kind of blue box. I also like Nut Thins crackers. For pasta I like the Tinkyada brand. I've used their lasagna noodles and no one knew it was GF lasagna. I also tried the GF Betty Crocker (I think that is the brand) chocolate cake mix. It doesn't rise as high as normal cake and is a little denser, but I liked it. I also like Kinnickinnick (I think I spelled that wrong) english type muffins. Oh, and Glutino pretzel sticks...on the expensive side but I like them better then "regular" pretzel sticks.

The other GF pasta I like is by a company called Ancient Harvest (I think...it's from Whole foods too). My favorite variety is the veggie curls.
