Something your LO does that melts your heart....

I posted this a while back and got some great responses. When I saw the other post re:"When I think it's too hard" it made me want to repost this to see some responses. Our LO's are just so sweet!!!

The most recent thing LO does that makes me melt is when I put my hand out flat, he puts his hand on mine- seeing his little hand on mine makes me melt.

I also get a kick out of him jumping in his doorway jumper- he's just getting the hang of it and can only seem to bounce with one leg- the other one kicks like he's river dancing :-)

After DS sneezes, he makes this adorable cooing noise. I wish I could get it on video because it makes me smile every.single.time.

If I am in the room she will only make eye contact with me.

Makes me feel bad for DH sometimes, but it melts my heart to know that she loves me!!! DH or anyone can be holding her and she will crane her neck to look at me and smile.

Oh wow, I could list 100! I'll give 2 to keep it short though ;-)

1. My son is a tummy sleeper, and when I go in to check on him he's always got his butt high up in the air with his legs curled under his bottom - every time I see it I tell my husband "sweetie, can we have another???" It's so cute!!

2. He has to be holding onto something when he eats. He usually tries to hold his bottle but always knocks it out of his mouth and gets so mad about it, so instead while I'm holding his bottle I put my pinky fingers out for him to hold and he squeezes them SOOOO tight!

Hilarious! You've got a little Lord of the Dance I was going to post something similar- DS runs in his bouncer on his tip toes- he was a dino for Halloween and I had to take a video of his little godzilla feet running- so cute!

I also LOVE when Ds touches my face when I'm nursing. He looks up at my face and touches my lips (or grabs my nose. Ha!)

OK 1 more- I also love when I come into his room when he wakes up and he looks at me with the biggest smile- like I'm the best thing in the world at that moment Loveit

Si does these things too! It's soo cute

He makes little cooing noises when he's done eating but still has the bottle it's adorable

These are making me tear up!

-I love the first morning smiles.

-I love the post-sneeze coo.

-I love watching them raise their heads all happy while laying on DH's chest. I'm too boney/booby, but his chest is perfect. I could watch him with our boys all day.

Definitely the first morning smile. As soon as I peek my head into his crib and he sees me - his HUGE smile and then the kicking legs and flailing arms like he's so happy he just doesn't know how to contain himself! TOO PERFECT. I could relive that kind of moment every minute of every day forever and ever and ever.

1. First morning stretch.. I love it.

2. Watching DH give her a bath at night. She smiles the whole time and he tells her stories--- ADORABLE!

3. When I pick her up at daycare, the moment I first speak, she whips her head to see me and locks eyes with me. One of the women in the room always says, "Well she sure knows and loves her mama!"

I could go on forever!

We recently started putting my son down awake and although he's a tummy sleeper, we put him on his back, turn on his mobile and put his paci in. We pull a cover up and he grabs it with both hands and holds on and looks at us with his big sweet eyes. I love it.

When he first wakes up and stretches, his little butt goes up in the air! I love it! (He's been doing this since the day he was born!)

The way he strokes my hand or plays with my fingers while I'm feeding him his bottle.

The way he snuggles his head into my neck when I hold him on my shoulder!

I could go on and on! There's not a moment that doesn't melt my heart!

His little crinkly nose smile. I can get extremely moody, and every time I get to that point when I'm REALLY pissed off -- he smiles at me and it really does make me forget everything else. He's so stinkin cute!

ETA: Ahhhh you guys reminded me of so many! Pulling off just to smile, tummy time with daddy, the coo after the sneeze, the stretch after a nap. Oh our babies are just so sweet.

I feel like the older DD gets, the more things she does that melt my heart. When we are rocking in the rocker before bedtime or naptime she always stares up at me with her big eyes and she gives me this huge smile. She has also just started cupping my chin with her hand while she's looking in my eyes. I could go on and on...

1) he holds my face when I talk to him. holy heart melt! he loves to feel lips while they're moving. and 2) I made him a build a bear and my voice is on it when you push the foot. whenever it plays he looks around so excitedly!

Definitely melting my heart...

My DS likes to hold my thumb while he nurses and it makes me feel like he needs me .

Also he just started blowing rasberries - so the look he gets when he is trying to put his lips together to blow! Too precious

I LOVE when I first go into Corri's room in the morning and she gives a huge stretch and then grins at me.

I also melt when our puppy lays down next to her and she takes her hand and starts petting him, which causes the puppy to snuggle closer to her.

Oh man, there are sooo many...but I think the best is when I go to wake her up in the morning and start talking to her. She keeps her eyes closed, but gets a big smile on her face. Kind of like saying "I'm going to pretend I'm still asleep, but I can't help smiling when I hear my mom's voice". love love love!
