Nursing Pad Question

I am a new mother and am strictly BF'ing my LO. I have had a lot of leaking so I wear a nursing pad all day and night. Is this ok to day? I have tried to research it but haven't found the info I am looking for.

I would change it every 6-8 hours just to keep the area clean, and be sure to use some lanolin so your nipples don't get sore!

Also think about trying LilyPadz, a friend of mine swears by them. She says the actually work to stop the leak vs just catching extra milk... HTH
