oops. DD just insulted a new mom's name choice.

Sort of.  DD was just talkig to SIL, who has a 2w old baby.  The baby's name is Meredith but DD thinks it is Mary-death.  DD told SIL, "It's not very nice to call your baby 'death.'  She's not old enough to be death!"

After we hung up the phone, DD also mentioned that it would be ok to call Grandma Mary (my MIL) "Mary-death" because she's old.  For those of you who read my posts about my MIL, "Mary-death" is more fitting than DD will ever know because she can suck the life right out of you.
