When should I go to the hospital? I have heavy mucus with blood, persistent headaches, constant severe abdominal pain and intense pain or tenderness in your upper abdomen.

I think if I were you I would go.
With me, all I had was leaking, it started to trickle then got heavier over a few hours to the point where I had to change my underwear 3 x in one hour. BUT I had no other symptoms, no contractions,no pain, nothing.
I had my baby at 36 weeks...
