what to do... re: EC

We just moved & I'm sure DD is still adjusting to all of the change.  We've gotten back into ECing more frequently, but now she straightens her legs when I set her on the potty like she doesn't want to sit down (I just hold her on the big potty)... but then she'll still go!  It gets all over her, me, & the bathroom.  Anyone have any experience with this?  I'm not sure how to handle it.

    So we've gone through 2 phases where DS would straighten his legs to "refuse" to sit, even when he had to go (one at 5 mos and then another more recently).  Both times we handled it by telling DS that it was okay he wanted to pee in a diaper instead and put a diaper on him.  Any time he actually did pee in the potty, we let him have naked time for an hour or so (or until he had a miss), which he loooves.  We also just decreased opportunities for a week or so; then the phase passed and he was happy to sit on the potty again and more reliable than before.
