Help please.

This is my first pregnancy. I'm supposed to be 4w5d...but today i started cramping and bleeding. When I went to the hospital and they checked my HCG levels they were only 16.45. That's the level they are supposed to be at 1 week along. I'm scared to death that I'm miscarrying. They put me on bedrest and are going to check my HCG levels again in two days. Has anyone had this happen to them, but ended up just being a high risk pregnancy?

    Unforutnetly you are just going to have to hang out and wait and see.  Sometimes people bleed throughout their pregnancy and all is well, but sometimes it's am indicator that there is a problem and you will miscarry.  I will tell you with my first pregnancy, I was pregnant with twins and had some bleeding...I lost them at 13 weeks (just randomly they had no heartbeats).  Hang in there and I'm sending you all my good wishes!!!!
