  I have never ordered from them and didn't get a confirmation email either. I haven't check to see if the $2 left cleared my acct. though.

  I got one last night. I used a different payment and address this morning and have not gotten one for that one nor a cancellation email.

  I had this problem earlier this week.  So I contacted them and they said their emails sometimes go to the spam/junk files.  Checked the junk folder and there was my confirmation!

  I didn't receive one last night so I emailed them after a while.  I'd had problems getting the order to take anyway.  I got a response very quickly and she sent my confirmation email.

  I finally figured out what was wrong! I must have gotten an error message last night and not realized it. I completed my order and received my confirmation immeadiately. Oh...and my mom placed an order too so I also scored a Thirsties Cover for $.95!!
