Magic Sleepsuit-how do you nurse?

I'm strongly considering getting this today as sleep isn't going so hot right now at my house.  But I have 2 things keeping me from it. 

1. DD was 18lbs at her 4 month appt on October 22.  I'm afraid she'll grow out of it too fast and it'll be a waste of money.

2. I nurse DD to sleep, can I nurse her in this thing?

    I have no issue with it. It is bulkier than her swaddle, so I have to push her closer to me. DD is also small, about 12+ lbs a month ago, she's probably 14 lbs now?

    DS is 18 lbs, 27.25 inches, and is in the large suit, with still plenty of room to grow into it.

    I pick him up still in the suit to nurse. It's bulkier but totally manageable.

    I ordered the 6-9m size because DS was 18.5 lbs at his 4 month appointment. It fits him fine. You can still nurse, but it is a little bulkier so I just pull him closer.
