we dyed our crib sheets cause i couldn't find any that were bright enough for us. our nursery is tangerine, aqua, and lime green with a tropical theme. just buy a couple of white jersey crib sheets and dye them the yellow you want. mine came out perfect. there's a picture in our picasa album here:
We're doing the same colors in our nursery. Found not-so-pastel yellow crib sheets at BRU & Target, as well as soft changing pad covers at BRU. We're using the changing pad cover in yellow but decided to just go with white for the crib sheet. Nothing was bright yellow though. I know I checked amazon & overstock, as well as etsy and had some luck.

We chose the same color scheme. I found somewhat bright yellow sheets at Babies R Us by Koala.
