This is a lovenox injection instructional video from youtube.  Kind of corny, but it was good to watch as a "refresher course" or for someone who might be wondering what it entails.

I'm still kind of nervous to start taking the injections again but the end result will be totally worth it, just like with my little 4 year old.

    I agree that the end is worth it! I am really nervous about the shots again for so long but then I look at DD and it is worth it to me for sure. :) Good Luck!
