We have the top one - the FP Rainforest Jumperoo. The exersaucer in the last pic looks like an Evenflo - we have a girl version of that, too. My DD has gone through phases of preferring one over the other. We put her in the Jumperoo at 3.5 months, and she didn't really "get" it. At 4 months, we tried the exersaucer and she loved it. Nowadays, she likes both, but seems to prefer the jumperoo.
I don't know if this is specific to Evenflos, but she seems to be growing out of the exersaucer very quickly and she is on the short side for kids her age (she's probably about 26" in height now at almost 6 months). We already have it at the highest setting, and her feet are almost flat on the bottom. I don't think we'll be using it for much longer...probably no more than a couple of weeks. That would be a little over 2 months of use. In this respect, the jumperoo is getting a lot more mileage - she's only on level 2 and is on her tiptoes.

We have the 2nd one. He absolutely loves it. Lots of good entertainment and the loop over the top is perfect to hang additional toys/rattles/teething rings.
We have an Evenflo exersaucer - similar to the third one in your post, but it has more activities. DS has been in in since 3.5 months. He spends a lot of time in it every day. The activities on it vary from being easy to hard to figure out, so he still discovers new ways to play with it.
PP said her 26" baby is close to growing out of hers, but DS is also close to that length and still on the lowest height, so I guess it depends on the one you get.
We have the rainforest jumparoo and an excersaucer similar to the one shown as well. I recommend a jumparoo, my son loves the jumparoo and doesn't seem to be tiring of it. The excersaucer seemed to get old fast for him.

We tried my friend's #1 this weekend, and they seemed to like it. They didn't get the jumping part, but we're def getting one.
