sweating!!

anyone else waking up in a sweat.. its aweful its like the 3rd time its happened to me. I wake up and my shirt is wet and is sticking to me.. I dont have it really hot in my house i keep it about 68-70.

I do this almost everynight and its driving me nuts b/c i feel so grose and have a hard time going back to sleep

hot pregnant woman is not a symptom i've had yet....in fact, im always cold, per usual. maybe try an oscillating fan directed on you...it works for my dh- he's a hot sleeper!

I set the heat/A/C on 65 at night and sleep with the ceiling fan on in a tshirt -- I hate being hot when I sleep. DH has started to complain about it being cold but I told him he was going to have to suffer for now, I sleep bad enough as it is these days.

I've started sleeping in only panties this week because although it's getting colder outside and I'm usually comfortable during the day, I am waking up extremely hot and uncomfortable.
