stroller strides?

Was looking into things to do to get into shape, came across Stroller Strides.. it's freakin expensive! How can they see charging that much to just meet and walk???

    haha, totally thought the same thing when I started!  I went to my first class (all Stroller Strides offer first class free) and I thought it was going to be just walking and super easy (I worked out until my delivery so I was in pretty good shape).  The next day I was so sore I couldn't go up the stairs!  It was an AWESOME workout!  I started going everyday.  But don't be afraid to go if you are just starting working out, they give modifications for every level.

    I lost 55 lbs in 6 months, I have more muscle definition and I am in the best shape of my life.  And you still get a chance to talk in class, so I have met so many new friends.  I think Stroller Strides was worth every penny- so much so that when the franchise was for sale- I bought it!  Now my 2 yr old and I go work out with our friends every day!

     You should try it, the first class is free so you can see if it is for you before deciding to pay anything.  Good luck!
