Gift ideas for Grandmas?

I am trying to think of gifts for the baby's grandmothers as thank-you's for hosting the showers. So far, I've bought each grandma a "Chicken Soup for the Grandma's Soul" book. Any other ideas? I looked at the Willow Tree figurines but I'm not crazy about the grandmother one. Once the baby is born, it will be much easier to buy gifts.

Grandma-themed picture frames to put pictures of LO in after arrival?

World's Best Grandma coffee cups, t-shirts, etc if they're into things like that?

At Hallmark, I found the cutest "Grandma and Me" book... it's probably for when they get a little older, but I'm thinking of buying that for my mom now to give to her at the shower, since she's 44 and still will be when baby is born. I can't find a link on their site, but they're in the stores.

Brag Books are always good. This Christmas we're getting each of the grandma's a necklace with both DD and the babies birthstones. *Hoping this baby doesn't decide to come way early in December*

I actually already gave these to our moms, and I'm going to be awful & not helpful bc I don't remember what they are called, but they are like memory books that the grandmom (and they make them for grandfathers too) fill out with info from their lives & about raising us, and their reactions once our LOs were born. It's really cute and there are quite a few different ones out there. It's obviously something that LO won't read until they are older, so it gives them leisure time to fill out & then it's a good keepsake for everyone.
