Took Tylenol Multi symptom = scared

I felt horrible yesterday between having a cold and cramping yesterday.  I looked at my list of medicine and they said Tylenol was fine.  Sent my husband and he gave me the medicine. 

 However, I looked at the bottom and it was multi symptom and once I googled I got scared.

Do you think 1 dose will hurt or am I overreacting?  I'm about ready to go to the doctor...

    I'm sure it's not a problem...but if it will make you feel better, call your Dr and ask if it's a problem.

     I've taken Tylenol Extra Strength, which my Dr said was ok.

    I don't think one dose is terrible.  Give your doctor a call for some reassurance though.

    I would think 1 dose would be fine, but if you are really scared called your doc and ask the nurse.

    they told me extra strength was fine.  are there other meds in the multi symptom other then acetaminophen

    Call the pregnancy hotline: 1800-733-4727

    They have access to every study done on medications.

    Actually, that was the one I was worried about.  The other ingredients were in the B category.

    My mom said that it was just one dose and it's probably fine.  My younger brother had an interesting comment, he said " if crack heads can do drugs their entire pregnancy and deliver, one dose of cough medicine is probably okay"

    I guess I never thught of it that way.

    Yesterday, my doctor told me Tylenol is ok, and so is cold medicine. He was more concerned about "chronic" use. (Not Dr. Dre's chronic..haha)

    Tylenol is on my list of ok cold medicines (I think Tylenol Cold and Tylenol Cold and Sinus), so it should be ok.  Is the one you took different from these two?
