DFW moms with nannies - $ question

Hi! I have a nanny who watches my 2.5 year old daughter. We currently pay her $600 per week take home, which is about $14 an hour. We are about to have our second child and I'm trying to figure out how much to increase her pay for that. Note that she's been with us since DD was 3 mos old and has gotten a 10% raise on the anniversary of her starting date each year - most recently this past July 1st. Also, we have started my DD in preschool from 9-2 2 days a week so that will alleviate a portion of her responsibility for both kids.

Any advice on how much to increase? What hourly rate or salary do you pay your nanny, especially if they care for more than 1 child?

I live in the Murphy/Sachse area if that helps.
