B has been off of formula for about three months (since right before his birthday), and hasn't used name-brand Similac in probably three times that long. We actually switched to Up&Up because we no longer got coupons.
So why, after nine months of not giving them money, has Similac decided to send me $30 worth of coupon checks in the past two weeks ($15 of which came just today, in two separate envelopes)? I never got this much mail from them when I had a kid on formula. Not to mention they sent us a box of sample formula (two cans) about a month ago. For the love people.
We will be donating the cans to a shelter around here (when we find one) and I guess I'll save the coupons for SIL since she's TTC now and they have extended dates on them. But really, Similac, could you maybe think about updating your mailing lists before my kid heads off to college?
Re: Does Similac know something I don't?
I got two separate packages of samples this week, with over $50 worth of checks.
They must assume that once your kid is approaching two, surely you must be pregnant again..
Ummm...
If T's playgroup is any indication, then this is probably not far from the truth.
Yeah I have no idea what is up with Similac's mailing list.
About two month ago I got the 2 can sample package. Last week I got the new mom booklet/coupons.
Tommy just turned a year old and they are finally sending out our samples and coupons... THANKS SIMILAC!
Same thing happened here. LOL
